Murshed Chowdhury has served as CEO, Partner and Recruiter of Infusive Solutions Inc. since its establishment in 2001. While his main responsibility is the placement of contract and permanent candidates in the Technical field, he recruits for the Financial Services, Accounting, Law, Government and Media industries. Murshed acts as an advisor to both companies and individuals who are looking for assistance in talent acquisition and development. Prior to founding Infusive, Murshed developed his industry expertise with other staffing firms. During this time, he acquired the communication skills and recruiting techniques needed to connect with top talent in the field. Before entering the recruitment industry, Murshed was a Management Consultant with an environmental firm and Philip Morris. Murshed graduated from Fordham University at the College at Lincoln Center with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.

Korey Wright joined the Infusive team in 2003 as Senior Recruiter and then worked his way up to his current position of Senior Partner and COO. As an 11 year veteran of the I.T. recruiting industry, he runs the sales operations, day-to-day management and strategic development for the organization. Before working at Infusive, Korey worked with Macarthur Associations (Stride Company). He graduated from Swarthmore College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.

Jeremy Harris is a Founding Partner and Chief Talent Officer at Infusive Solutions, Inc. With ten years of experience in the staffing industry, he is responsible for business development and recruiting as well as leading all internal hiring initiates at Infusive. Prior to Infusive, Jeremy spent a couple of years as a Senior Recruiter and Trainer at a large national staffing firm. Kyle Mallory

Kyle Mallory joined Infusive Solutions in 2006 as an Account Manager and was promoted to Senior Account Manager. He is responsible for finding and retaining Infusive’s top clients in the NYC metro area. Kyle’s experience and knowledge of the job market allows him to recruit for all types of technical positions ranging from support staff to executive level roles in the following industries: Advertising, Digital Media, Finance, Fashion, Non Profit, and Legal. He has a specialized focus on Software Development working with the “best of the best” in this field. Kyle graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

Zachary Cooper

Zachary Cooper has been working at Infusive Solutions since July 2011. He prides himself on his leadership, teamwork, and work ethic in helping Infusive rise to the next level of success. Creating new relationships, either candidate or client, is somewhat of a passion and an important factor of the recruiting industry. Zac currently runs a full desk and is responsible for both the sales and recruiting aspects of the position. He graduated from Bucknell University in 2011 and was recruited as a Division I water polo player. He still actively plays water polo and is an avid swimmer.

Ben Weiss joined Infusive Solutions in June 2012. With a rich professional background in event production, content marketing and social media strategy, Ben is responsible for managing Infusive's social media accounts, writing and promoting blog content, conducting thought leader interviews, making strategic partnerships, lead generation/nurturing and moderating Infusive's LinkedIn group, The Microsoft Technical Professionals' Network. His experience in the music industry will translate into some of the most unique event's in the staffing and recruitment industry, and his broad imagination helps differentiate the company from others similarly situated in the field.

Marc Hartmann

Marc Hartmann Marc joined the Infusive team in July 2012. A Florida native, Marc moved up north in 2008 to attend Bucknell University. He was a four-year letter winner and senior co-captain of Bucknell’s Division I men’s soccer team. Marc utilizes his competitive background and focuses the same hard work and passion from his athletic career to place Microsoft professionals as a Talent Expert. Specializing on the recruiting side of the sales force, Marc values building both professional and personal relationships with his candidates. He graduated from Bucknell in May 2012 with a degree in Business Management.

Philip Chu

Philip Chu joined Infusive Solutions in July 2012 and has hit the ground running ever since. Working as a Talent Expert/ Recruiter, Philip is acclimating quickly to the fast pace nature of the job. He is thrilled to be part of Infusive Solutions at such a pivotal point and aims to contribute as much to the IT community as possible. Philip graduated from Baruch College and enjoys competitive dragon boat racing.
